The Board           Mr. Michael Tong has over 7 years of direct investments and investment banking experience. He is currently a manager of Softbank China Venture Investments Limited. Previously, he was an investment manager at the Nomura Group; worked in the Investment Banking Department at Jardine Fleming Securities and was an auditor at Ernst & Young.     Mr. Tong graduated with a B.B.A. from the University of Wisconsin, Madison with major in Accounting and extra concentration in Computer Science. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.     Mr. Tong has served as our director since December 1999.
