The Board           Xiang-Dong Yang is Managing Director of The Goldman Sachs Group, Inc. and Co-Head of the Goldman Sachs Principal Investment Area in ex-Japan Asia, responsible for the firm's direct investment in the region. Mr. Yang has served as our director since December 1999.
