Introducing our key persons Mr. Ding joined NetEase in May 1999 to take the post of Assistant to the General Manager. In November 1999, he took on the responsibility of setting up NetEase's Shanghai office. Mr. Ding was initially the Deputy General Manager of that office and was promoted to General Manager. Previous to joining the NetEase team, Mr. Ding was the Vice President of the SunRise Group Company in Zhejiang Province. He was responsible for the inner management of the company and through that experience was able to develop his skills in business administration. Earlier in his career, Mr. Ding accumulated rich experience in administrative management at the Youth League Committee followed by the Justice Department in Zhejiang Province. Mr. Ding Bo graduated from the China Institute of Metrology with a B.S. degree in Radio Metrology.
